The Dancing Ghost of King Barbiro's Wife

As the sun sets over this nameless land, the lonely king sits and watches as the ghost of his wife dances in his hall. What a curse it must be to have someone so dear so near and yet forever lost.

Worse still is that over time the living learn to forget the dead. Not entirely, but more emotionally. For the first time in the years since she passed, the king watches her ghost feeling slightly... bored.
